It's often said that tai chi is best practised outdoors, so as lockdown is eased and we face a "new normal" of social distancing, we are offering personal tuition in outdoor settings.

 

We've recently started visiting clients in their gardens to deliver training, both 1:1 and to family groups, observing all the rules of social distancing set out by the government. 

 

We're also running online classes, suitable for beginners and enthusiasts alike. Online lessons are a great way to learn the basics of qigong, combining gentle movement with breathing techniques to promote balance, mobility and relaxation.
